The Football Education Academy's mission is to install basic values into a young players life that can stay with them onto their working life. Our seven values will be lived and breathed throughout the delivery of all elements of the programme.
It is vital to create a positive working environment for all players to feel comfortable to achieve the very best they can.
"I confided in Jack when he was my coach and lead tutor, during a difficult spell in my home life,He listened and then helped organsied free counselling sessions to help talk to someone about the issues I was facing at that time. He went above and beyond and I will be forever grateful" Anonymous Player - Former Club
At The Football Education Academy we want to expose our players to a variety of different options across the two years, which is why we work closely with contacts from different fields both in and outside of sport. This allows players to receive a snapshot from different industries to broaden their horizons to make informed choices at the end of their two year study programme.
Jack and his staff have supported players to go onto the following routes:
- University in UK
- University in America
- Professional Football
- Semi Professional Football
- Jobs in the sporting sector
- Jobs outside the sporting sector
"Jack emphasised the importance of approaching all my education studies with the same work ethic as my football. This gave me a foundation to work hard in all areas of my life, before I became a professional footballer" Nick Freeman - Current Wycombe WanderersPlayer
"Jack installed a work ethic into my life which aided me to achieving my dream of becoming a professional footballer.
