TFEA is broken down into three pillars with four different key areas under each pillar. It is our aim to ensure the students are exposed to all of these areas of the two year course.

The Football Education Academy's mission is to install basic values into a young students life that can stay with them onto their working life.  Our seven values will be lived and breathed throughout the delivery of all elements of the programme. It is vital to create a positive working environment for all players to feel comfortable to achieve the very best they can.

Independant Career Advice

We work closely with Rebecca from https://www.facebook.com/watchyourcareerbloom/ who provides 1-2-1 meetings with year 13's students funded by TFEA, providing an in-depth discussion around transferable skills and understanding that individual student interests whilst putting a career action plan and pathway into place. This gives the student satisfaction that they have the desired support from both internal and external staff to achieve their aspirations and dreams.

Guest Speakers
